These Terms govern your access to and use of our websites, online courses,
products, services, digital downloads, templates, and any related materials
(collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or purchasing from GOEA, you agree to these
Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an
account, enroll in courses, or make purchases.
By using our platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate
and complete.
2. Accounts & Login
To enroll in a course or access purchased content, you must
create a WooCommerce/WordPress account.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping
your password secure
- All
activity under your account
- Not
sharing your login credentials with others
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these
Terms.
3. Course Access & License
When you purchase a course or digital product, you receive a
personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content.
You may not:
- Share
login access with others
- Resell,
upload, or distribute our videos, templates, or course files
- Reproduce
our content for commercial use
All intellectual property remains owned by GOEA.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through:
- WooCommerce
- PayPal
- Credit/Debit
Card
You agree to provide accurate payment information.
Fraudulent activity will result in account termination.

6. Digital Product Delivery
Online courses unlock immediately after successful
payment.
Templates or digital files are delivered:
- Immediately
after checkout, or
- Through
email/VIP student dashboard
If you have issues accessing your materials, contact
support.
7. Student Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass
staff or other students
- Share
unauthorized content
- Attempt
to hack, copy, or misuse course materials
- Damage
the reputation of GOEA or its instructors
Violation may lead to account removal.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations
including:
- Payment
disputes
- Chargebacks
- Abuse
of platform
- Sharing
login credentials
- Copyright
infringement
No refunds will be provided if you violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All courses, videos, templates, graphics, designs,
voiceovers, curriculum, and structures are protected by:
- U.S.
Copyright Law
- International
Copyright Treaties
No part may be copied, shared, or reproduced without written
permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
GOEA is not responsible for:
- Student
earnings
- Results
from applying the training
- Third-party
tools (Synthesia, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- Interruptions
caused by software, hosting, or internet service
Courses are for educational purposes only.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means
you accept any changes.
