We take pride in delivering high-quality online courses and digital products.
Because digital content is instantly accessible, refunds are limited.


1. Digital Products (No Refunds)

Due to the nature of digital products (templates, downloads, AI prompts, resources):

All digital sales are final.
No refunds are issued once a file is downloaded or accessed.

2. Online Courses

We offer a 7-day refund window ONLY IF:

  • You did NOT complete more than 20% of the course
  • You did NOT download major course files
  • You did NOT abuse or violate platform policies

We reserve the right to decline refunds if these conditions are not met.

3. Incorrect Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the wrong course, contact support within 24 hours.

4. Duplicated Charges

If you see duplicate billing, email support for immediate correction.

5. Chargebacks

A chargeback will:

  • Result in account termination
  • Remove all course access
  • Permanently block future enrollment
